Gregg W. Schuder

Gregg W. Schuder earned his J.D. Degree from Emory University in 1983. Mr. Schuder clerked for the Environmental Protection Agency, Regional Counsel, Atlanta, Georgia and Williams & Jensen, P.C. Washington, D.C. Mr. Schuder went on to work for U.S. Representative Elliott H. Levitas as a Legislative Assistant in Washington and then for U.S. Senator James R. Sasser as a Legislative Assistant also in Washington. 

Mr. Schuder went on to enter private practice handling both criminal law and family law matters.  Mr. Schuder is active in a number of professional organizations including the Forsyth County Bar Association, the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Bar Association, and the North Fulton Bar Association.  Mr. Schuder is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court - Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Schuder has offices in Alpharetta, Cumming, and Buford Georgia.
